I've used Foxie for quite a few places I've moved into. I've dealt with a few staff members. All were very friendly, and provided a great service. I've dealt with Sunny two out of three times.On my first time using Foxie, my mum was listening in on the call. She was so impressed with Sunny's service and how good the rates were, she asked Sunny to sort her utilities too.

The agent was very polite and courteous. He had all of the required information to hand - well almost.If I have a complaint it is that it was sometimes hard to hear him. This could be down to moving around and getting a less than prime signal. Really an insignificant issue.

Had my details sent to Foxie by my real estate agent, and at first found that the constant calls and texts when I was busy were a bit annoying! However once I actually had a chance to sit down and call them back the service was easy and saved me a lot of time shopping around. Pretty smooth experience, Harsha (I think the name was) was very friendly and helped with connecting water, gas and electricity up for me, with a comparison of offers given. I’m usually a bit hesitant with comparison companies but liked that these guys don’t work on commission but are on a salary, and it is less work than me getting in touch with the companies myself.

What a great service. Did not have to think too hard about or do any off the searching as Foxie did this all for me. Utilities were organised after a phone interview with the Foxie rep and everything else happened as if by magic. Highly recommended for no brainer connections when you move home!!

We unexpectedly needed a same-day electricity connection for a family member on a weekend, which seemed an impossible ask. Retailers' voicemails all told us to call back on Monday. Amazingly Foxie was able to make an arrangement. The power was on by that afternoon. Very helpful, and effective service.

I had several disappointing experiences with Foxie, even to the point that I placed a Google review with 1 star. So why the 5 stars now?My feedback prompted a call from Rima who wanted to really understand what had gone wrong in the interactions I had with Foxie.As we talked about my experiences it became clear the issues had been poor communication from my REA rather than Foxie.In this one conversation I was completely converted. The value of listening and seeking to understand a customer speaks volumes in a world where customer service is dying. I also want to note the pride Rima showed for her work. When employees show this passion for their work then the service must be good! 100% converted customer.

Very professional service that streamlined all of my utilities connections requirements in a single call. They already had a lot of my connection requirement details from the real estate agent - all I had to do was confirm my details and agree to contract terms that they described with full transparency. They were knowledgeable about the local providers who would offer the best rates for my needs, and explained everything clearly and completely. One simple call, and all of my needs were taken care of.

Foxie will take away the biggest hassle; the migration of your utility connections. Not only will they contact you in less than 24hrs after your details are submitted , but after answering just a few short questions, they will make sure your new house is ready to move into. Truly a one of a kind service and you will never go back to doing it yourself.. I recommend them to anyone that will listen! Ram, the man I had helping me over the phone, was extremely helpful and had a friendly demeanour. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions! As a small business, we appreciate tailored and friendly service. Foxie was a great choice for us as I feel safe in knowing that my clients will get treated respectfully and won't simply be harassed by a call center when trying to arrange their utility connections. Further, Foxie did a bill comparison for my own gas and electricity and came back with results that are going to save me about $150 per quarter. This process was quick and easy and took only 5-10 minutes of my time. All the staff are super friendly and will always go out of their way to help you out. Couldn't recommend Foxie highly enough for real estate agents, people moving home or people who are looking to get a better deal on their utilities without the constant harassment or having their information sold to other companies! Excellent company!
